Jadies first Halloween was a blast! She totally enjoyed herself !When she went to school yesterday morning she really didnt get the idea of the costume, but by the time she got home she understood EVERYTHING about Halloween. Apparently at school all the kids wore costumes, they had a parade and practiced "trick or treating".
When we got ready to go out last night she was sooo excited and actually wanted to keep her ears on and hold her candy bucket. I think her favorite part was handing out candy to the folks who came to our house.
The picture of her in pink is the outfit she wore to school, I had to trick her into putting the skirt on, the "kitty-cat" was her "official Halloween outfit. I had absolutely no problem getting her into it AND painting the wiskers on her face, she LOVED it! And of course, I had to include a picture of my parents because they are always doing something wacky that makes me laugh. This picture of them was taken at Brian's Birthday Costume bash a few weekends ago - they went as Jades Great-grandparents. It's gotta make ya laugh huh!!!
